Stone Pine Estates Town Home Association

Purpose

To inform, educate and encourage homeowners to be active in achieving and maintaining a Firewise Compliant Program in the Association and Pinetop community.

GOALS

• Remove 40 plus trees when tree grant is approved
• Obtain Firewise Community Recognition after tree removal
• Continue education with Firewise topics in Newletters, Website & Annual meeting.

Action plan

• 8/2/2017  Juniper bushes will be removed Aug 4th thru 7th.

• 8/1/2017 Firewise Community Action Plan

•  7/12/2017  Cleaning of the grounds under the decks and adjacent to the forest facing units is complete and considered Firewise 
• 2017 July 9 Firewise Resolution complete
• Pinetop Fire Dept Chief, Jim Morgan, is guest speaker at 7/9 Annual Meeting see photos below
